Your new role –
challenging and future-oriented

• You support the definition and implementation of a “smart
automation & analytics” agenda for Siemens Shared Services from technology
assessment to proof of concepts (incl. market scouting, experience exchange
with peers, interface to GS IT)

• From the from technology assessment to proof of concepts
and pilot implementations

• You take responsibility for initiatives involving the use
case based application of artificial intelligence, machine learning and
cognitive automation solutions

• You facilitate stakeholder alignment via close
collaboration with all Shared Services towers (Finance / Supply Chain / HR /
Business / Business Administration) on HQ and delivery center level

• You contribute to the Shared Services Platform strategic
agenda via close collaboration with Operational Excellence and Centers of
Expertise Robotics & Business Process Management

• You ensure an agile way of working and collaboration

Your qualifications –
solid and appropriate

• Experience in IT solution design and cloud services (e.g.
Azure, AWS)”

• You are holding a Bachelor or Master Degree in
Business/Engineering/IT/Management or equivalent discipline with excellent
skills

• You have 3-5 years professional experience in technology
consulting, shared services and/or IT (with relevant technologies)

• You have been in charge of technology implementation
projects, practical experience in project management & related
methodologies (especially: agile) and knowledge of process improvement and
change management methodologies

• You have excellent analytical and presentation skills, are
a team worker, possess an open personality with the ability for analytical
thinking, problem solving and transformational mindset
