Description
DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for daily interaction with our customers (pharmacies, wholesalers, mass market and hospitals) and every touch point that involves order entry in SAP until the delivery or goods credit, across multiple communication channels, in dealing with potential and actual shipments problems.

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build cooperative business relationship with customers
  • Order management - Supporting order processing/monitoring and including e.g. supporting customer service, supporting invoicing process and credit notes management
  • Track possible issues on systems information transfer to the 3PL
  • Managing the relationship with the 3PL customer service
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
The following conditions are needed in order to move the application forward on the process:
  • Fluency in Portuguese and excellent ability to communicate in English
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.
  • One-year experience in a customer service environment, including complaint-handling responsibilities
