Previous experience in a sales support role
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a design degree;
Minimum 3 years of sales support experience in project sales (Contract/ Hospitality/ Residential), ideally within an international environment;
Excellent verbal and written skills in English;
Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels including email and phone;
Strong aptitude and comfort navigating across multiple systems and applications, including desktop and web-based applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, CRM and order entry systems;
Ability to work a flexible support schedule to enable swift interaction across different time zones.
