Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp the qualification criteria, including required skill sets, technologies, experience, education, personal characteristics, role model candidates and target companies;

In this you follow the Sourcing Process as defined by the team;

Advice on sourcing strategies;

Utilise a variety of channels and tools to identify and engage passive 'A-player' talent;

You get in touch with future talent through various communication channels in order to build and maintain pipelines of both active and passive candidates;

Check candidates for interest and availability;

Managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects and client relationships;

Be on the look-out for new channels;

Follow-up after resumes have been shared with Recruiters and/or hiring managers to keep the momentum;

You report solid line to the Staffing Lead of Europe and on a day-to-day basis dotted line to the Talent Sourcer of the team;

Aptidões necessárias

Minimum a Bachelor's degree;

Minimum 1 year of experience with sourcing through for instance LinkedIn Recruiter, social media etc. using Boolean search. Sourcing experience for international (technical) roles is a must;

Strong communication, persuasion and organisational skills;

Good written and oral English is a must;

Experience with using social media as part of sourcing strategies;

Creative and enthusiastic personality that is able to convince people;

Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships both internal and external;

Ability to continually seek new sourcing options;

Self-propelling and able to work with little direct supervision;

Strong commitment to continuous improvement;

Team-player;
