Reporting to the Office Manager your main responsibilities will be:
Provide exceptional service and support to staff and visitors;
Serve as an information hub for our staff on a daily basis;
Support company activities and events;
Manage office tasks such as supplies, travels and accommodation, managing agendas;
Assist and implement special projects, programs, and procedures in various functional areas;
Assist in assignments or solve problems that may be complex, where judgement and initiative are required;
Support people management activities, in order to drive employee engagement and manage change.

The ideal candidate will have:
Have a Bachelor in Management or similar (preferred);
1-3 years of experience in similar functions;
A problem solver: able to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
Be able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels;
Have excellent communication skills;
Have a hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable;
Demonstrates common sense and sound decision-making abilities;
