  • Coordinate the process of clients profiling, segmentation and targeting in line with the commercial strategy

  • Design, build, and manage dashboards to give key insights into the business

  • Perform periodically reports and analyses using operational metrics and KPIs

  • To administer the CRM software and develop reports

  • To ensure correct and regular usage of CRM software to follow up and control

  • Help design, document and maintain the CRM system processes

  • Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

  • + 2 years of relevant reporting and CRM analytics experience

  • Degree in Applied Mathematics, Business Management or equivalent

  • Sales Force Effectiveness / Commercial Effectiveness work experience and/or carried out an SFE project role (preferred)

  • CRM systems and processes knowledge

  • Excellent planning and implementation skills

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving and excellent team-working skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Advanced command of written and spoken English

  • Able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
