Product Manager (M/F) - Pharmaceutical Sector

Descrição da função
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth;
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
  • Set the product pricing strategy in all geographies;
  • Develop a forecast for the products based on market analysis and input from sales;
  • Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market by identifying the key benefits and values;
  • Work closely with our innovation team to deliver with quick time-to-market and new features of the products according client needs;
  • Define promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed;
  • Develop a competitive intelligence plan to support the product management strategy in the identification of competitive advantages and gaps;
  • Promote the products to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanisms;
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding;
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services;
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.

Aptidões necessárias
  • Degree in Health Science, Business Management or equivalent preferred;
  • Proven work experience in product management in the pharmaceutical industry or in the information services business area;
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box;
  • Outstanding project and time management skills;
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams;
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English.
