Answer inquiries from Healthcare Professionals with appropriate scientific information;
Provide contact support whenever needed;
Record the contacts accurately in an inquiry fulfilment system;
Comply with the guidelines, policies, regulatory and compliance requirements;
Exceed service levels and targets for internal and external customers;
Participate in scientific training to support the assigned brands.
German & English
Degree in Health Sciences or relevant equivalent clinical experience;
Scientific knowledge in drug information communication or management;
Ability to apply regulatory and compliance guidelines to content development;
Organized, focused and with above average attention to detail;
Great communications skills;
Very responsible, self-motivated and problem-solving & customer oriented;
Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
