Minimum of 5 years of IT customer support experience, desktop hardware and software troubleshooting, with hands-on knowledge in key Microsoft tools (Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer), experience with both MacOS and Windows operating systems, and familiarity with SharePoint Online. Experience with wired and wireless network troubleshooting.
