Descrição da função
  • Process Expenses for the team - travel and out-of-pocket expenses, as well as occasional invoices for the group, proficiency in Certify is a plus;
  • Support design and implementation of Finance Information Systems;
  • Ensuring that internal control systems are compliant and search for continuous improvement and simplification;
  • Performing ad hoc financial, business or investment analysis;
  • Supporting invoice payment process, tracking expenses, monitoring performance and evaluating variances for all program cost and expenses;
  • Interfacing with various departments to coordinate process and workflow actions;
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the finance and HR organizations, including the implementation of the Company's accounting and reporting systems and internal controls over financial reporting;
  • Prepare financial analysis related to project profitability, budget vs. actual, shareholder's return as well other ad hoc business requirements;
  • Providing support Finance team developing budget and forecasting models;

Aptidões necessárias
  • 8+ years of professional experience;
  • Bachelor or master in Accouting, Management, Economics or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory;
  • Professional accounting certification is a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative;
  • Possess strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to both understand strategic direction (big picture) and perform detail oriented work;
  • Must have a good accounting knowledge and IFRS;
  • Good knowledge of the labor environment and Human Resources Processes and Procedure;
  • Seasoned professional in change management, setup and implementation of organizational and transformational projects;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Outlook);
  • Ability to multitask while following instructions/schedules/timelines for multiple priorities;
