Develop the necessary analysis using the appropriated analytical tools by accessing and transforming HR and business data into actionable insights, with functional and business acumen;
Execute the production of reports and KPIs dashboards, using the appropriated analytical and technological tools, by accessing and transforming HR and business data into HR reports, with quality and aligned information;
Analyze the HR reports' and HR KPIs dashboards' outputs in order to identify deviations, and further articulate with the necessary stakeholders to understand the underlying root causes, and identify if appropriate, the technical or/and functional improvement opportunities for each deviation detected;
Support the definition and revision of the HR reports and KPI's dashboards, assist other team members with data management and HR reports generation contributing with improvement opportunities proposals;
Actively collaborate with the functional areas in order to assess their needs, providing the adequate assistance in terms of data analysis and reports constitution;
Follow the best practices in the market regarding reporting and analytics, in order to propose the implementation of the suitable ones to the Group.
