Descrição da função
  • Develop the necessary analysis using the appropriated analytical tools by accessing and transforming HR and business data into actionable insights, with functional and business acumen;
  • Execute the production of reports and KPIs dashboards, using the appropriated analytical and technological tools, by accessing and transforming HR and business data into HR reports, with quality and aligned information;
  • Analyze the HR reports' and HR KPIs dashboards' outputs in order to identify deviations, and further articulate with the necessary stakeholders to understand the underlying root causes, and identify if appropriate, the technical or/and functional improvement opportunities for each deviation detected;
  • Support the definition and revision of the HR reports and KPI's dashboards, assist other team members with data management and HR reports generation contributing with improvement opportunities proposals;
  • Actively collaborate with the functional areas in order to assess their needs, providing the adequate assistance in terms of data analysis and reports constitution;
  • Follow the best practices in the market regarding reporting and analytics, in order to propose the implementation of the suitable ones to the Group.

  • Academic background in Economics, Engineering, Statistics or other similar;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in data and business analysis and/or in information management functions;
  • Advanced level of proficiency in English;
  • Previous experience in HR positions/projects or in a multinational environment consultancy/retail industry) will be considered an added value
  • Advanced data management skills to transform raw data into final data sets for analysis through SQL/VBA
  • Advanced reporting skills with ability to segment / filter data to customize views for different users, using for example Qlik Sense, Power BI;
  • Statistic and data mining advanced skills through SPSS, R or other equivalent analytics software;
  • Results interpretation and insights production based on the data gathered and transformed
  • Eagerness to search for new trends and turn them into initiatives;
  • Communication and interpersonal relationship capacity.
