Descrição da função

Working closely with the Worksteam Leads, to assess the detailed training collateral by process, system, country and employee across the various implementation waves. This will be applicable for the following groups;


  • New roles recruited into the GBS

  • Existing roles across Business and Finance in the markets whose roles may be impacted by the rollout of new processes and systems.

  • The existing customer service team who manage the disputes process and will do so via a new tool

  • Facilitate training sessions, both as part of the onboarding of the GBS and to the wider Business and Finance audiences.

  • Create e-learning and web-based training where necessary to complement the blended learning approach. This is likely to be using a vendor software tool.

  • Run Train-The-Trainer sessions to 'Training Champions' to effectively cascading training down the organisation.

  • Undertake floor walking activities as part of each wave's hyercare period and for a period post final go-live

  • Package up all training into a workable solution to hand over to training/process owners

Aptidões necessárias
  • Experience in designing, developing and delivering Finance training programs relating to processes in O2C, RTR, P2P & FP&A utilizing SAP and several other systems.
  • Deep knowledge on SAP ECC process and functionality for O2C, RTR, P2P & FP&A
  • Experience of working through a Finance Business Transformation (Shared Services) or similar in a training role.
  • Experience of deploying a train the trainer model as a way of effectively cascading training down the organisation.
  • Ability to design and deploy various suitable training methods from face to face, web based training, e-learning, workshops, etc,.
  • Experience of working in a global organization, engaging with multiple different countries and cultures.
  • Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders.
