Reporting to the Team Manager your responsibilities will be:
Contribute to improve the quality of the Business Support Department;
Act as an example to the whole BS team;
Assure the fulfillment of the set objectives regarding operational performance and ensure compliance within these objectives;
Ensure correct preparation for activation of leasing contracts;
Develop guidelines and instruct Sales about requirements for correct activation;
Improve efficiency regarding contract activation;
Advise the Sales Department and the Financial Department on Service Orchestration issues;
Act as a sales support, internal sales to support the sales activity;
Collect all necessary documentation to complete the client file and arrange for contract activation;
Prepare leasing contracts and send them to dealers, vendor or client to arrange for signing;
Build the client file in a clear and orderly manner and prepare files for activation;
Propose system improvements (change requests) if necessary.
