Lead the R2R team for specified entities/area to perform record to report activities;
Provide leadership within the RFSSC to ensure all deliverables are successfully achieved including operational performance, people management, and adherence to compliance requirements;
Manage and balance billing and revenue and cost accruals interfaces;
Prepare business accruals based upon corporate practice;
Prepare accounting reconciliations and required analysis assigned entities;
Manage colleagues to ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting processes;
Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of company processes and systems;
Prepare annual audit package required for corporate and local statutory audits, manage fieldwork deliverables, interface with the external auditors, maintain communication and provide status to area CFO;
Identify opportunities for accounting and reporting process enhancements;
Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and internal control documentation;
Lead, coach, develop and establish goals for direct reports.
