Reporting to the CEO your main responsibilities will be:
Run the office in Lisbon from an Administrative point of view;
Contact and negotiation with all the suppliers;
Assure the good office working;
Coordinate all the outsourcing providers such as cleaning and security companies;
Liaison between the company and the legal/regulatory entities in order to ensure the Compliance;
Travel management for the Fund Manager Team;
Reporting to the external consultancy firms;
Manage corporate relations and partnerships with law firms and banks;
Handle the brand awareness of the Company in Lisbon;
Other duties related with the good working of the business in Portugal.

The ideal candidate will have:
BA Degree in relevant areas;
Proven experience in similar roles;
At least 5 years of experience in similar role and working environment;
Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
Good communication skills;

Availability to travel occasionally.
