  • Managing a team of direct reports in Portugal/Spain and Trip Leaders/Guides to achieve quality goals;
  • Support the program services manager through performance management to meet company guidelines in order to achieve excellence;
  • Maintain a strong high performing organization who exemplify the company's culture, values and team spirit;
  • Driving performance in a fast paced environment and working under pressure;
  • Supporting Trip Leaders/Tour Guides on the road and obtaining live feedback from passengers;
  • Working with the regional team and head office on the development of new programs and improvement of existing;
  • Creating strong relationships with primary and secondary vendors and supporting buying goals.

  • Strong proven and effective travel industry and staff management experience (Minimum 5 years) with an emphasis on Learning and Discovery;
  • Degree or diploma qualified in tourism field;
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem solving skills;
  • Proven vendor relations and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in written & spoken English;
  • Be able to spend 50% of the time on the road to support The Product, Trip Leaders/Tour Guides and program management.
