Descrição da função
  • Oversee all activities and functions associated with a particular product or product family, assuming full P&L responsibilities;
  • Identify business opportunities in close liaison with other business partners (brokers, operator, media agencies, ...) and market key players;
  • Foster product kick-off and consolidation with the sales teams, owning the product life cycle and sales push;
  • Business start-up in new countries and/or operations: country management, teams' coordination, market assessments and business start-up in ongoing and potential countries;
  • KPIs analysis, market business plan, profitability analysis, media investment management and budget definition;
  • Team management responsibilities, including talent attraction, induction and retention, always leveraging performance and development of his/her own staff.

Aptidões necessárias
  • University Degree (Economics, Management or Engineering); MBA is a plus;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (KAM FMCG), Telcos or Consultancy (Big 4)
  • Analytical Skills; Excel and other proprietary software;
  • Leadership & Project Management experience;
  • Availability to travel often (up to 50% of available time) and openness to geographic mobility opportunities;
  • Fluent English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
