Manufacturing IT Center of Expertise Leader (F/M)

Lead the Manufacturing IT Center of Expertise at the group level

Manage the team according to Aptiv's values and HR policies

Support BRM and business stakeholders in creation of global strategy in the area of IT manufacturing systems.

Raise a demand, plan development and enhancement of existing IT system in the manufacturing area according to business needs and priorities

Support and monitor project execution in the respective area

Manage and coordinates provisioning of critical IT services to ensure uninterrupted service delivery..

Work closely with global IT organization and all IT functions (BRM, Architecture, Operations) to achieve goals

Support resolution of critical incidents

Manage annual Budget of IT MFG CoE

IT Manager
Manufacturing IT Center of Expertise

B.S. or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology

English level B2 or higher

At least 10 years of experience in IT service delivery

Understanding of manufacturing/logistics/quality processes

Understand software development process

Knowledge of recent market trends: Industry 4.0, IIOT, Quality 2.0

High-level of personal leadership

Experience in building new functions/organizations

ITIL Service Management Certification
