International Sales Team Leader

You will drive the Sales team with autonomy and initiative by:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate both national and international Sales Team (8fe, based in Portugal, Spain and Mozambique)

  • Successfully hire, train, and manage the growing sales team in the region

  • Forecast revenue, develop sales targets, and manage KPIs for the team

  • Define key sales and marketing strategies for the region, budgets required to deliver, and drive successful execution to achieve results

  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions including data management and sales processes to achieve team goals

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to customize offerings and contractual agreements to larger members

  • Maintain regular communication cadence with the global/regional sales organization to communicate best practices and share learning

  • Work closely with the Sales and Growth Operations to constantly analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs

  • Report on your budget performance

  • Propose & prepare our presence in international fairs & forums

  • Understand our brand strategy and ensure its values are met with your internal and
    external customers

Aptidões necessárias
  • Bachelor's degree required preferably in Economics, Business Management or similar;

  • Excellent understanding of the Telecommunication ecosystem;

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in negotiation and deal closing;

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams;

  • Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy and result oriented, organized and careful with details;

  • Ability and experience leading project initiatives with multi-disciplinary teams, providing guidance and direction, setting measurable goals and ensuring delivery under the defined timelines & quality standards;

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage with people from around the World;

  • Clear understanding of financial metrics and business margin control;

  • Spanish required;

  • Available to travel.
