Descrição da função

  • Supports the recruitment lifecycle ensuring a great candidate experience;
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using different methods (eg. market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent pools within Africa region;
  • Develops an understanding of sourcing strategies for each role recruited;
  • Works with Line Managers and the HR Managers to better understand business needs, role requirements and local strategy;
  • Posts vacancies on Advorto (Recruitment System) and update the same so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity;
  • Screens candidates CVs against position criteria, interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain required information;
  • Assists with arranging interviews including booking rooms and briefing candidates on any special requirement;
  • Supports the entire recruitment process until successful completion, providing feedback to all candidates;
  • Manages interface with agencies and contractors;
  • Produces the weekly vacancy status report and distribute accordingly;
  • Represent the company at recruitment fairs, networking events, employer briefings and presentations, if needed;
  • Act as focal point for Advorto users globally;
  • Develop constructive and professional relationships with all stakeholders and HR colleagues across the organisation.

Aptidões necessárias
  • Bachelor's degree in Business discipline (or similar) is desirable;
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in recruiting/ talent acquisition within an international context. A combination of both in-house and external agency experience is preferred;
  • Advanced levels of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels;
  • Proven experience at engaging stakeholders and hiring managers, adept at building relationships and trust at all levels;
  • Ability to think globally and be sensitive to international recruiting practices;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in European languages (English, French and Portuguese) would be an advantage;
  • Experience with African countries is required;
  • Able to prioritize a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly;
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills is required;
  • Proactive skills.
