  • Implement the recruitment policy and procedure in time and manner;
  • Research options for job postings and resume database searches;
  • Propose alternative sourcing methods, and/or revisit current fee arrangements regularly to assess potential cost savings;
  • Work with hiring managers to write and post jobs, and select resumes of interest;
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews;
  • Coordinate background and reference check;
  • Coordinate on boarding and orientation of new employees;
  • Support the agency's broad training initiatives by contributing to needs assessments, identifying external vendors (when needed) and/or delivering training when appropriate;
  • Work with managers to identify needs and build strong development plans for teams;
  • Facilitate team building sessions and where appropriate build local learning & development programs;
  • Support managers by providing counsel on performance management;
  • Assist in employee development utilizing performance appraisal process, succession planning, talent management, and learning and development tools;
  • Liaise with HR Director and Managers Leads to propose organizational development improvements when possible;
  • Work closely with Compensation & Benefits Manager, Finance Director, HR Director colleagues to embed the HR function within the business and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business and adhere to best practice guidelines.

Aptidões necessárias
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economy, Engineer, Business Management or similar;
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
  • Experience in a Business Partner or Talent Management role from within a dynamic,constantly evolving professional service, media, technology, creative or communications agency environment;
  • High knowledge of Competencies and Behaviors Framework, to provide business insights, talent decisions and management tools;
  • English - fluent (written and oral);
