In this position, you will support the local Sales Team building, managing and developing new account plans to achieve targeted sales.

  • Develop and implement "win-win" relations with the customers

  • Develop, integrate and implement key accounts plans.

  • Set customers sales objectives and targets and manage sales phasing planning by month for the different customer assigned.

  • Follow-up on KPI's- Shipping's, Bookings, Market Share, POS, etc.

  • Manage strict analysis and P&L control from customer assigned.

  • Monitoring all sales trade and payment terms.

  • Continuous negotiate along the year- contracts, agreements, catalogues, etc.

  • Built the Strategic E-retail plan for the customer assigned with support of the Digital department..

  • Built directly with the Marketing department department a meaningful customized plan. While align sales with brands product and quotas target.

  • Monitor competitive actions that may have influence on key accounts.

  • Launch and promote new brands/products.

  • Coordinate all departments and functional areas to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare presentations with the cooperation of all relative departments- marketing, trade marketing, sales administration, etc.

  • Present benefits from the brands and products to Key customers.

  • Develop Direct Import business for the different accounts.

  • Identify opportunities, bring new ideas and different proposals to improve the business.

Aptidões necessárias
  • Bachelor's degree in business administrations or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales position and at least 1.5 years experience in Key Account Management within a FMCG, in a multinational company.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel retailing and knowledge about e-retail marketing and e-retail sales.
  • Spanish & English.
  • Excellent MS Office Skills.
  • Drivers license.
  • Good Selling & negotiation skills in international environment.
  • Being able to create successful teamwork and to work in a high energy, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to connect with various retailers' departments and leverage all opportunities (buyers, marketing, trade marketing).
  • Good influence skill and Communication skill and a highly competitive mindset and customer orientation.
  • Available to work home based.
