Descrição da função

You will work with the in-country finance team, EMEA People & Talent, and third-party payroll provider to ensure that payroll is completed accurately and on time each month.

This role will support structural, behavioural, capability and cultural changes using a pragmatic and commercial approach. Helping to ensure we are hiring talented individuals and keeping our team highly motivated and organised in a fast paced, busy start-up environment.

The ideal candidate will use past experience to manage and facilitate effective People activity in country, working collaboratively with the broader EMEA People & Talent team.

Aptidões necessárias
  • HR generalist experience, ideally within a HR Business Partnering role - strong preference for this experience to be in a tech/fast paced environment;
  • Knowledge of up-to-date HR best practice employee relations and employment law in Portugal;
  • Excellent understanding of local payroll, tax and compliance laws and regulations;
  • Strong business acumen, familiar with the competitive talent environment and the agility needed to stay on top of that environment;
  • Ability to build effective, influential partnerships with executive level leadership - as well as strong relationship building skills with all levels of the organization;
  • Evidence of being a strong team player with the ability to develop effective partnerships and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels to accomplish goals;
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, presentation and follow-up skills;
  • High quality and business integrity;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • A passion for all things people related;
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively;
  • A focus on value-adding initiative;
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
