Work with various business partners to draft internal memos and updates relating to important company news, developments, with the goal of always improving the speed and quality of the information received by the employees;
Work closely with the Training & Development team to load interesting and important content;
Respond to employee questions relating to company communications and initiatives;
Develop internal communication strategies to drive employee behaviour;
Research industry trends to determine new methods for information sharing, message delivery, and employee engagement;
Build relationships with internal stakeholders such as senior executives, human resources and safety to ensure message consistency, shape key business decisions and outcomes, and support their initiatives with various communication tactics.
