Ensure alignment with the business strategies through the Annual and three year Business Planning processes;
Setting and achievement of annual and mid-term objectives;
Manage the annual marketing and sales forecast;
Development, planning, and guidance of marketing & sales strategies and activities and compliance with the business planning cycle requirements to achieve the above objectives;
Develops innovative and competitive marketing & sales programs covering all elements of the marketing mix and sales channels;
Development of new strategic partnerships and be responsible for strengthening existing ones with retailers, licensing companies and other organizations;
Development of close and effective relationships with all other functions and units.
