As a sales trainee you will be responsible to make happen Danone Sales strategy within the stores under your area. The execution with excellence in the point of sales as well as the maximization of the visibility of Danone products for our shoppers in stores will be your main goals.

Which challenges will you face
-You will make daily commercial visits to the stores to confirm all the KPI’s focus of Danone and give the best contribution to ensure a 5 stars store.
-You will give a high contribution to maximize the sales volume and profitability target for each customer
-You will find new opportunities in store to increase Danone sales & Danone visibility
-You will give regular strategic feedback to commercial office of Danone context
in the stores and about the competitors
-You will implement or guarantee the correct implementation of shopper marketing initiatives in stores to ensure we are always top of mind for the shopper
About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role you will need to have:

Good analytical skills
Desire to work in sales and learn how to handle different customers and situations
Have passion to grow
Degree in Management, Economics or similar is required Recently finished degree, with maximum 1 or 2 years of sales experience
