You will respond to customers who want to interact with Cisco, understand their needs and work with partners to provide solutions. You will work closely with and leverage selected channel partners to maximize new security sales opportunities. You will manage security sales opportunities while using cutting-edge technologies to remotely interface with customers and leverage new sales models to help customers maximizing their revenue.

Responsibilities include; managing complex security architecture deals that come through hand raisers across global segments. Connect partners with customers after initial opportunity/lead is passed to Security Demand Opportunity Manager (DOM) OR connect customer with Account Manager (AM) if determined to be an opportunity AM should be engaged in. Help manage Demand Response Representatvive (DRR) leads to partners, give guidance to DRR’s, connect and communicate with partners to drive deals to close and manage growing pipeline. Help to drive overall success of Demand Response Team (DRT) and ensure positive Cisco customer experience!

Our minimum requirements for this role:
  • Experience in similar or adjacent industry, start-up or consultancy company
  • The love for IT and ability to tap into technology
  • Sales experience or Technical/Customer service background
  • Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
