Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:


The OWM team provides key insights & analytics for decision making around the organization and its workforce to senior stakeholders. Rooted in high quality data, it provides reports and analytics to create transparency and insights across key workforce drivers. As connector between SWM and operations it creates a holistic picture which ensures targets and budgets are reached. As key contact it supports HR Solutions to secure data quality and ensures efficient & effective E2E process solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Approved Organization tracking:
  • Track the approved organization for designated function or market to provide E2E view on position lifecycle
  • Governance control point for 'local' decisions which would go outside of plan
  • Decision support for HR and Business leaders around FTE and PEX
  • Track decision making around the approved organisation (position lifecycle management)
  • Consolidation point for all SAP OM data changes
  • Drive data compliance together with HRM and HR Solutions

FTE & PEX Planning:
  • Drive the local planning, budgeting and forecasting for FTE and PEX
  • Steer and monitor FTE & personnel expenses development, explain changes to organization and correct vacancy reporting
  • Act as the contact partner for all defined processes (e.g. PRF, forecasting, budgeting) and guarantee continuous process improvement
  • Manage local relationship with HR leadership team and finance controlling


Workforce Reporting & Controlling:
  • Act as key contact partner for all Workforce Management reporting questions
  • Tracking and reporting on 'local' FTE and PEX development against SWM plan, budget and baseline
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis for 'local' deep dives
  • Lead Personnel Expenses Controlling for designated area
  • Monitor changes in personnel expenses budget
  • Monitor and report on the rolling forecast
  • Report all relevant statistics (Personnel/Actual/Forecast)


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as skills in enterprise planning and decision-making
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Decision-oriented, mental agility, high degree of initiative, hands on attitude
  • Very good task-related knowledge in the areas of Finance/Controlling/HR
  • Expert in Excel, good knowledge of using PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of SAP OM/PA data landscape
  • BI experience preferred


Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in business, ideally with a focus on HR Controlling or Finance
  • Professional background: 4+ years in HR Solutions, BI or HR Controlling
  • International experience
